Every phone is sold under a clear grading system, so you know exactly what will arrive:

• Open Box: Practically new, usually unused, with original packaging.
• Like New: No visible scratches. Looks and works like it just left the shelf.
• Grade A: Fully functional with light cosmetic marks you would only notice up close. Battery health of 85% or higher on older models and 80% or higher on newer ones.
• Grade B: Visible wear from normal use, fully tested and reliable, battery health of 80% or higher. The most affordable option in our range.
