GENERAL GUIDELINES
- Where a product comes with a warranty, the period is shown in the Warranty row on this page. It covers faults that are not caused by damage or misuse.
- Refurbished devices (Open Box, Like New, Grade A and Grade B) can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund. Brand-new products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
- If your order arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, tell us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item.
- For a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. We email you a prepaid Aramex label at no cost, or you can drop the device off at our BurJuman store.
- We repair or replace the device. Replacements are sent within 7 working days, subject to stock. If we cannot repair or replace it within 15 days, we refund you.
- Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) of us receiving and inspecting the device.
- Damage caused after delivery, such as cracked screens or liquid damage, is not covered.
- Please back up your data before sending a device to us. We do not provide a courtesy phone while a device is with us.
